Kindergarten Farm Study Trip May 19, 2011

Evan's kindergarten class went to a farm about an hour south of where we live here in South Korea.  It was really neat, they got to milk a cow, feed baby cows and adult ones, played on a huge playground and made their own chocolate ice cream.

Piano Recital

The boys had their first piano recital on the same day as our 16 year anniversary.  It was fun to take them out all dressed up and they were so proud to play their songs for all the parents.

Here's Evan practicing before the recital started (and hamming it up for the camera).

 Now he is all ready and all professional!!  :)

 Ian did a great job and I think he had his completely memorized because he never looked at the music at all!!

 At the end their teacher played a piece for us.

 She gave them all blank sheet music and pencils to practice with and write their own music.

 She said that both the boys have a natural ability (wonder where that comes from).
