Disney Day 1 -- well that night anyways!

After a small rest at the hotel, we decided to take advantage of the park hopper tickets and go to Epcot for dinner.  We had fish and chips in England!!

Disney World Day 1 -- Magic Kingdom

We rode all the rides we wanted to ride except for Pirates of the Caribbean (I think the Pirates were eating the guests LOL).

We did pretty good for the fact that the little one was sick all night before and didn't get much sleep.  He was a trooper though and rode all the roller coasters with us.  It was cute, he got of our Space Mountain and fell to his knees and kissed the ground.

He started feeling better that afternoon but was ready to go back to the room early, actually all of us were!

Made it to Disney World

And we are staying at the Port Orleans - French Quarter!  Our room is so nice!!

Driving to Disney World

We are on the road again.  We drove from DC to Fayetteville NC yesterday and stayed across the street from the hospital that I worked at before Ian was born.  Today we have to drive through the rest of NC, all of SC and GA and then down through FL to get to Disney!!

NYC Christmas Trip 2014

I went with the ladies from the Washington DC military wives' club to NYC to see the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular.  It was fantastic and we had time to wander around NYC and see the big Christmas tree in Rockefeller Square, Grand Central Station and also Times Square.  We even walked into Tiffany's and concluded that I can't afford anything in there.

Roller Skating

Took the boys roller skating tonight so Evan could break in his new roller skates he got from Grandma and Grandpa.  Evan did a great job staying up right but is still nervous about going too fast. Ian put on some skates too and was really nervous.  Dad stayed with him to help him keep his balance and he started getting it after a bit.  We'll have to go again next week so both boys can keep on learning!  Mom showed off her skating skills by impressing everyone by still being able to skate backwards!

St Nick Visits

The boys reminded me they had to put out the shoes/slippers Friday night before going to bed so that St Nick could come and visit.  And they were up at the crack of dawn to check under the tree!!

Completely staged since they woke up before me but still funny none the less!
