Finally something to blog about!!

We put in an offer on a house yesterday and they countered it today and we accepted!!! We are now home owners again.

**ok well we will be home owners if the housing inspection goes ok and all that kind of stuff**

Fishy Little Layouts.

I took so many pictures of Ian playing with this dollar store fishing pole that I could have made a mini album but since that really isn't my thing I did 2 layouts.

Nothing really new going on here.

I started counting my points old Weight Watchers way this week so I have been kind of grouchy going through chocolate withdrawl and all. But I have been good. I even started exercising again. Not much but I am doing something at least. Wish it would get warm outside so we could all go out and play for exercise.

If April Showers brings May Flowers, does anyone know what April Snow brings? That's right April 11th and we got snow. Not much but enough to cover the ground. There is another little storm brewing for this Friday too. But then it is supposed to get up to 60 on Sunday so it will melt ((sounds like great cold and flu weather doesn't it?)).

Done a couple of layouts just for the fun of it, no DT assignments or anything. Just trying to get through some pictures and use up some of my older embellishments that I have had forever.

Why is it so cold?

Where did my spring go? You know in Iowa right now the average temp is supposed to be in the 50s right now. A couple of weeks ago we were in the high 70s and the 80s and I was complaining that we had completely skipped spring but now we are back down in the teens at night and I am wondering if maybe just maybe we could somehow get back to a happy medium?

This last layout is done using the Fried Green Tomatoes kit. I loved the colors in this kit!!

I met with my friend from I Dream of Scrapping this week at the park and guess who took these pictures. Yep IAN!! Not too shabby if I do say so myself, although I did tell him not to take pictures of the sun and you can see how well he listened.
