More Snow

We had two more snow days this week.  I'm hoping this is the end of it because the kids need to go back to school or we will never get to leave the area because they'll never finish school this year.  I can't say it was all bad, yesterday, even the Federal Government was closed and Darren got to spend the day at home with us.  We shoveled the driveway 3 times and he still had to shovel again this morning before going to work.  I think we probably got about 6 inches total.  Now I'm ready for the warmer weather they are talking about so that it can all melt again!!

ICE ICE BABY! (aka I swear my kids are never going back to school)

We had a big ice storm yesterday and this morning they cancelled school again.  Now the sun is outside and the world is crackling and snap as the ice melts off the trees.  I love that sound.  Sounds like spring.

Another Snow Day

We finally had a snow that was a good packing snow instead of that light powdery stuff.  The boys helped me shovel the driveway since Darren is gone and then they played in the snow for a bit.
